The house was in the perfect location with a laid back feel and a quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent and he was very prompt at responding. The house was well stocked with any necessities needed so we didn’t have to buy a whole lot of extras. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon.

Great place to stay. plenty of parking, great yard, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. quiet/safe neighborhood but close to the downtown area. I would stay again.

Great experience! The house was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. Some of the pros:-Incredibly soft bath towels. Like, “took a picture of the label” soft so I could buy them when we got home. -Kitchen stocked with the little things we needed like olive oil, seasonings, foil, coffee, etc. -Laundry onsite made coming back from the beach with two sandy kids and dogs super easy. -Great backyard for pups and for hanging out. -Refreshingly non-religious decor and books on the bookshelf. It can sometimes feel like staying at a Christian church in certain Texas rental homes and this one was delightfully devoid of references to God. -Super quick and easy to get to Rockport Beach, which was the perfect stretch of shore for our kids and dogs. The little free parking area before the paid section is dog-friendly with super shallow waters and the whole family had great days there. We booked our trip as a last minute weekend to cap off our kids’ spring break and I’m so glad we did! Kids already said they can’t wait to go back next year

Home was clean, well decorated, AC worked great and in a quiet neighborhood. Zack was a great communicator and we had no issues with our stay. One block off main street and close to everything.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Check-in was simple and smooth, and everything was exactly as described. We really appreciated how dog-friendly the property is, which made traveling with our pets so easy.For anyone who enjoys fishing, this place is ideal. There’s plenty of room for fishing gear and even space for a boat, which made it especially convenient for us. The location is great, the property is well cared for, and you can tell the host takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience.We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting the area and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent a wonderful week at this cute and clean cottage with our two dogs. We loved the big fenced yard with so much room for romping or lounging! The neighborhood streets are very walkable but we also visited the dog park and waterfront with them. We were all very comfortable here.Restaurants and stores are nearby and while we didn't cook much, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Dishes, cutlery, glasses and cups were plentiful. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee bar as well. I did not do laundry, but I could have if I wanted to! This lovely home was perfect for us.We had a rain day, so it was great to have Netflix. Books, magazines and games are also available. We had plenty of room to spread out and just relax.Our host Zack and the cottage were so welcoming, and we absolutely loved everything about our stay. Already looking forward to a return visit! Thanks for a really good time from DDS&L!

This is the perfect house to stay while in Rockport/Fulton! The communication with Zack, the ease of check-in, the amazing yard and deck, and the like-home feel . . . Fantastic experience from start to finish.

This IS a super cute cottage. The owners are very nice and very responsive to messages sent through vrbo.com. The cottage is stocked with everything you will need to stay a day, a week, or more. The Living room is comfy and cozy and the dining room has a spacious table with a corner desk for an office space. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and in a closet there is a washer and dryer. The neighborhood is very quite while being just a few minutes from restaurants, Wal-Mart, HEB (grocery), and more. We have friends who live 3 minutes away and will be staying here in the future when we visit them. Thank you for a great experience!
