Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles, passes provided inside the home.

• This is a no-pet property. Any indication of an animal on the premises during or after your stay will incur additional fees.

• Please also note that additional fees will be charged for unauthorized late check-outs.

• The minimum age to book this property is 25+. At least one member of the party staying at the property from check-in to check-out must be 25 years or older.

• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID is may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
