This coastal cutie is a place your family will return to year after year! Features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Enormous eat-in kitchen with mounted television. The perfect place for cooking and gathering. In the living room you will find comfy furnishings including a sofa sleeper, a mounted Roku TV, and Wifi. There is a fenced back yard with ample outdoor furniture to hang out and cook on the charcoal grill. The first bedroom and bath are downstairs offering a Queen size bed. Three guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen size bed and en-suite bath, another with a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed.
HOA PARKING RULES:
Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV's are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. - A two-night minimum stay is required
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 1 pet under, 25lbs or under is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
