Fantastic Accommodations!!

Truly enjoyed our visit to Port Aransas! Our accommodations were perfect. The house was very inviting and comfortable. The two fully supplied kitchens, three living areas and roomy patios were great. Our host, Natalia, was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions regarding our accommodations and stay. I highly recommend staying at this property! I look forward to booking the property again.

2025 Family Beach Trip

Chili Petin is a great house for large groups. We had plenty of space to spread out! The house has everything! Love, love the location! Easy walk to beach and pool. Natalie was so good about communicating with us. We had a wonderful stay and hopefully will get to stay again!

Everything it says and more

We loved this house and highly recommend to others. We were traveling with grandparents and their two son’s families. The space was perfect. There was everything we needed in the kitchen (from plenty of pans, plates, silverware, spices, coffee and creamer. I have never had a host leave coffee supplies) and beach supplies were great. They even left a sand bucket and bubbles for the kids. The pool near the house was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

One of Our Best VRBOS

Our large family of grandparents, kids, and adult grandkids plan a yearly vacay. We were very comfortable here with plenty of room to spread out, play games, and cook delicious seafood. The main kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed. But the first plus grandma noted was the cleanliness.

50th Anniversary

We moved from Texas to retire on the Olympic Peninsula. Port Aransas has always been a favorite and this rental fit the bill on accommodations. Walk to Sand Fest and beach access plus great town access. Would do again.

This was our third year in a row staying at Chili Petin. As usual the house was in great shape and very clean. We were the very first renters ever two years ago and have been impressed every year,thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Good Location and Roomy

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Point. The owner/manager was responsive to any needs that arose, which were minor. Keep in mind, this is not a new home with new furnishings, but a beach house that is a few generations old. It serves its purpose well, being very spacious for a large group.

This place is a gem!

We had a rental that cancelled on us last minute 😬 we were super lucky to find this wonderful house! We’ve stayed at a variety of rentals in Port A but I think we may have found our happy place! Spacious, well-equipped home, boardwalk to the beach, couple of blocks from the beach road. We had a wonderful trip!

Fun Family vacay

We had a great time at Chili Petin! Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was perfect or our needs. 5 bedrooms and the bunk room was great for our teenagers. Everything was very well stocked and I loved that things were labeled and easy to find. We spent a lot of time on the porches, great furniture and plenty of seats for everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely book this property again!

This property was perfect for us....plenty of room, beds/bedrooms, bathrooms....and the extra kitchen area was awesome! Loved the two separate balconies, as well. The neighborhood was nice and we loved how close to the beach we were. We had so much fun! Would not hesitate to book this property again!

My wife’s Birthday Weekend

Really enjoyed our stay at Sand Point. Location was close to everything including walking distance to the beach. House was fully stocked with all the cooking gear, games and stuff you might need for the week at the beach. There is even a beach front bar at the end of the block that makes great pizza if you don’t feel like cooking or found out. Definitely recommended !
