With 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 2 queen beds, 1-Fold out kid beds, and queen sofa bed, there's plenty of room for everyone. The bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, all the bath gels and shampoos for extra convenience, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. In addition to the cozy bedrooms, there's a lovely living room with a queen pull out bed for extra sleeping space. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Rockport and our brilliant house has to offer. The home is nestled under huge majestic oak trees, located on 3/4-acre lot! You can enjoy the privacy with a new, totally, enclosed wood privacy fence! Also, there is ample seating in the backyard with a patio. The backdoor has a doggie door, making this home inviting for small or medium dogs! There is room to park an RV, but not electrical for it. You would need a generator. It does have a wide 10 ft. gate for easy entrance, if you have an RV! Inside, it has it all! Lots of seating in Livingroom, and there are extra folding chairs if needed. There will also be 1 additional fold out (blue)beds, that aren't pictured. Also, a queen air mattress with pump! One lovely perk is the coffee bar, set up with a Keurig and drip coffee pot, coffee, creamers and sugar will make that perfect cup of coffee, along with teas! There is also a new air fryer in the kitchen with many other appliances and tons of dishes! The 4th bedroom has its own shower, toilet and sink, and has its own AC as well! The driveway has room for 4 vehicles, and plenty of street parking if needed. Out back, is a huge fire pit for nice evenings to gather around. As an extra bonus, we have beach toys and chairs for the family! Come stay, with just 1.5 miles to the Blue Water Rockport Beach, and tons of eateries, shops and festivals! Just so you know, this home will sleep a lot of folks, even 13, but your nightly price includes 4, if you have extra guests staying, you will be subject to 25 a night per person over four.
