Our trash wasn’t removed our entire stay, there were people fighting outside, no hot water, the front desk blew my phone up, including calling me at 11 pm a month before my stay, to confirm a reservation. The room was sandy and dirty and the shower was used before we arrived at 6 pm. The trash cans outside were overflowing. The only good thing about the property was the pier they have.

I liked location n pier. There was no hot water n the bed was very lumpy, unable to sleep

Hotel is across the street from the ocean close to shopping and restraunts

The boxsprings on the bed were not confortable. The shower had no place to put soap and shampoo. The toilet room had no exhaust fan leaving a lingering odor that was difficult to mask and seeped into the bedroom. The room did not have a closet leaving no place to hang clothes. The towels were old and dingy. Worst of all, the pillow smelled of sweat leaving me to believe pillows were not washed. Continental breakfast consisted of donuts, juice and coffee. We should have read the reviews. We will never stay there again.

This room needs major help. Disaster in the bathroom, sink broken around entire bowl and a soft putty used to seal, (bacteria). Large hole ln wall along the floor stuffed with a towel. No toilet paper holder, no soap dish or place to put it after use. To use the facility I guess you put the paper roll between your legs. and the soap under your arm. Only 1 working electric outlet. One dim overhead light from a ceiling fan. A lamp mounted high on the wall near the bed with a dangling cord and no outlet near by. The rusty old fridge made a knocking noise. We used one of the two kitchen chairs as a night stand for one side of the bed. The smoke alarm was in 2 pieces on top of a cabinet. The TV was mounted in such a way you hit your head on it when entering the bathroom. There were other issues of sanitation, and inability to use this room. This had to be the worst hotel room I have experienced in my 74 years.

Tub, stove, microwave filthy. Found hair in the bed. Dirty old cleaning rags under bathroom sink. Ceiling fan in bedroom not working & chain for light not working. Floor filthy- knelt down to pick something up & then my pants were filthy. Few towels & they were thin, stiff & cheap. Missing smoke alarm. The elevator call buttons did not work on 1st or 3rd floor. (I heard a lady outside say someone in her party fell on the stairs because they are so dark at night & the elevator wasn't working). There is only Wi-Fi in "some" rooms * apparently ours was not one. Didn't dare walk out on the pier because multiple areas were sagging & looked like it would collapse at any minute.

It was near relatives for convenience and was affordable but as in any case you get what you pay for. The air conditioner was not able to cool 2 rooms as in the suite. When it was 100 plus outside it was uncomfortable. And we checked in at 3 pm and the air was not on, so it took a long time too cool down.

This place had access to fishing pier that is dilapidated. They had combats in the room but all the dead roaches were still in the room. Live roaches all under the bed, on the counter tops and restroom.

It is very old style and not clean. My children got the room and first moment we saw insects so we got out and asked them cancel our reservation. I can't believe how ORBITZ accepted this hotel for their customers. You should go and check the room and staff. Staff also very rude.
