This fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is spacious and offers everything you will need for a perfect weekend. Sit and enjoy a glass of wine while looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and University of Texas Marina. This condo is within walking distance to many of the towns restaurants and bars and has a private fishing pier for you to enjoy. This unit has elevator access. Sorry, no smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 cars with required parking permit. Boat parking available, for an additional $20 per night + tax. Please request when booking.

Wonderful stay!

The home is wonderful! We had 2 couples with 2 teens and a kiddo. Everything was clean, location was perfect, and the host was very responsive. The pool is clean, having our own pier was perfect for all the fishermen in the group. We would definitely recommend this home and stay her again!

Nice visit

The condo is very nice, property is under renovation which was not an issue for us and actually meant that there were less people around which helped in social distancing. I would highly recommend those place.
