Fantastic location - restaurants, beach, tennis club were all just a short walk away. The backyard patio was great for playing cards and talking. We enjoyed the table top fire pit on the chilly nights. Just a quick 15-20 minute ride to most of the spots that we wanted to see in San Diego. We definitely would stay here again if we come back to this area.

The perfect place to enjoy Coronado, everything from walking distance, quite neighborhood, the place extremely clean and better than the pictures. Definitely would stay again!

Cute decor & very conveniently located. Parking can be a challenge but once parked, there is no need to leave the neighborhood.

Perfect stay

This place is as advertised. Perfect location and an easy walk to wherever you need to go. The kitchen was beautifully stocked. The bedroom was extremely comfortable love everything about this place and I can’t wait to go back.

Cozy beach cottage

Wonderful beach cottage with all of the amenities in a perfect location. Walking distance to Del Beach and in the heart of all the action. Can't wait to come back.

Check in and out was simple and the owner was very communicative. The location was superb and we loved hanging out front by the fire pit, people watching in the evenings with a glass of wine. My only complaint is the air conditioning situation. There is one small wall unit in the corner of the bedroom. It was not enough to cool even the bedroom, much less the bathroom and living/kitchen. Since the weather was nice, we opened all the windows, which helped slightly, but if you are going to be there during warmer weather, I would be prepared for that. Would still recommend cause it was lovely!

Excellent stay and location!

This property is updated, clean and has everything you need plus more for your stay on Coronado! Nothing negative about this property, communications were prompt, if we had any questions. They provide a wagon of everything needed for the beach, as well as fire pits outside in common space, it was great! The location is excellent, short walk to the beach and everything on Orange Ave, restaurants, shops, etc… Thank you for having us!

Charming place, clean, well-appointed, and perfectly located. Very comfortable bed. Communication with the owner was easy, clear, and helpful. Will stay there again on our next trip.
