Great Outer Banks Getaway!!

Great vacation, and overall, no complaints. There were a few issues that I presented to the realty company that were addressed right away. The home is well maintained and comfortable. There were a few items I would have liked in the kitchen that were not stocked (a cookie sheet was the primary thing I missed), but we lacked for very little. Loved the private pool and the hot-tub being up on the third level. Having the dog with us for his first vacation was awesome! While he did not use it, there was a dog bed in the closet. There were lots of things in the closets that would come in handy if you have little ones (booster seat, gate for the stairs, portable play pen) and some really nice convenience and decorative touches, things that one of my friends is going to use in her rental beach house in New Jersey. Some feedback/suggestions (NOT complaints) is some of the bedding covers and shams may need to be replaced, and the couch has a few small tears in the cushions. The pool box needs a good cleaning out. The grill does not have all burners functioning. I realize these sound like complaints- they are NOT, as it did not really impact the quality of the vacation at all. The home is beautiful and very comfortable, and I absolutely would consider staying here again. It is in a quiet, private area but easily within walking distance of the beach and the sidewalk/biking areas to get to shopping/food. Wonderful vacation in a wonderful home!
