Watch the Ocean Sunrise while relaxing on the porch swing with the morning's first cup of coffee. Plan your day's activities, catch up on the latest family news or count the evening stars with the kids! It's just a short walk to the community pool and tennis courts and a short drive to the Currituck Club golf course, shopping and restaurants. All king and queen bedrooms are oceanfront and open to the decks.

Ground Level: Has a den with a Queen sleep sofa, TV, foosball, refrigerator. The laundry and a half bath are also on this level.

Mid Level: Features a Queen mbr and a mbr with 2 Bunk sets. A second Queen room shares a bath with a room with 2 Singles. An outdoor hot tub and covered decks on this level provide more enjoyment for the family.

Top Level: Has a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances, large dining area with 2 round tables ideal for meals or family game time, a spacious great room that opens to a screened porch and a sun deck perfect for reading a book or enjoying incredible views of the beach. Also on this level is a King mbr with Jacuzzi. A few steps up you will find a Queen mbr and a loft and sitting area with a 46 in. LCD TV/DVD.
