The location is amazing. Close to the beach, shopping and dining. The outdoor space was perfect. Nice pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower. The 3rd floor had beautiful tall ceilings and a nice stocked kitchen. The 1st and 2nd floors/bedrooms could use some updating. Carpet needs to be removed and the damp smell remedied.

Overall, the property was fine. The location was close to the beach and shopping, which was convenient. While the property was clean, it was somewhat shabby. Furniture is quite worn and should be in better condition at this pricepoint. In general, a positive experience.
