Located on a large, beautifully landscaped lot, this well thought out and well maintained estate offers something for your entire family. From the gated, private pool with covered hot tub to the rec room with foosball table, the homeowners have thought of everything to make your vacation a memorable one! This home is just a short stroll to the beach and offers some fantastic views of The Atlantic from the crow\'s nest deck. Be the first to enjoy this lovely home and you\'ll want to come back year after year! Ground Level: Features a rec room with foosball table, a 32 inch TV, wet bar with mini fridge and a sliding glass door to the pool area. You will also find a Futon sleeper in the rec room. There are two bedrooms on this floor, each with 2 Bunk Sets and a TV that share a full bathroom. Step outside and enjoy the private pool and a hot tub that sits under a covered deck. Mid Level: This level is home to 4 bedrooms...a Queen master with TV/DVD, another Queen master with TV and deck access and a bedroom with TV & deck access that shares a full bath with a room that has 2 Singles with TV/DVD and deck access. Top Level: Offers an expansive, open great room with 55 inch TV and separate sitting area. Outside, thru a sliding glass door, you\'ll enjoy the views from the oceanside decks with crow\'s nest deck located on the southeast corner. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and dual dishwashers. There is a large dining table that seats 10 and seating for 7 more at the kitchen bar. Rounding out this level is a half bath just off the great room. Amenities: Private unheated Pool, Hot Tub, 8 TV, DVD, Foosball, 2 Dishwashers, Baby Items: High Chair & Porta-Crib, Mini Fridge, Granite Counters, Picnic Table, Crow\'s Nest Deck, In-Ground Charcoal Grill, Basketball Goal.
