The front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. Underground parking is available. Our room was not one of the updated ones shown in the photos but rather an older one. Our bed was pretty uncomfortable but manageable for one evening. My biggest complaint was that there was noise coming from either another room or across the street that was disruptive.

This property is older and not very updated which is fine but we couldn't overlook the many things and uncleanliness that we experienced. Started out with no handsoap or cups to brew keurig coffee in. We were given shower gel for handsoap after askng. Makeup towel that was hanging on towel bar was used and not washed. Carpet is dirty in room. Bathtub had a soap ring and it was obvious the previous occupant had used a bar of green soap because the shelf still had the residue and had not been cleaned. Hairs in the sheets. Keurig coffee maker didn't work in the morning and still had previous occupants pod in it with dried splashed coffee on the outside. We will say that staff and management were very apologetic and gave us a complimentary breakfast at the in house restaurant.

Had a poodle with me and was given lots of options to help get outside easily, including the room that was selected. (Close to auxiliary exit). Check in was very friendly.

No effort to keep this property and the service up to date. No easy access to business lounge although I was on business level and paid for that. No flexibility for different meals for event. I won't choose this again.

Property is severely old and tired. Floors are in terrible condition in common areas and rooms. Piilows looked like they were 25 years old. Made it very uncomfortable for sleeping and walking in room .
