Over all the property is quiet, comfortable and seems safe. Great location in the downtown area with lots of dining and beverage options, most quite walkable. My problem is the cleanliness of my bathroom, in particular the tub/shower area. This is an older building and in desperate need of a little TLC. The grout around the tiling probably has not been scrubbed thoroughly in decades and the caulking around the tub is black with what looks like mould. I was in room #302 so beware, even though I’m sure most rooms probably look similar.

Parking is not enough for guests. The rooms were clean but found lots of "needing tlc" areas. The big things was the key cards that had we had to keep going from the 4th floor to the main desk to get fixed.
