Nice hotel, friendly staff. Bistro/bar had decent pub food, restaurant wasn't open the nights were were there. Be sure to take a luffa or wash cloth - hotel does not provide.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the bar and the provided free breakfast were both delicious.

Spent five days in Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel. Staff was excellent and location great for day trips throughout SW Ireland. There are three excellent restaurants in the town and nice pm tea at hotel. Hotel has separate breakfast section in restaurant next door so you don't need to stand in the crush ...

Hotel staff were pleasant when questioned about local attractions. The hotel and grounds looks nice but the carpet throughout the hallway needs to be replaced. The room was nice but half doors on the showers made it hard not to get water everywhere. The location was convenient and overall not a bad ...
Lovely host. Bed was hard and en-suite facilities were barely adequate.

There's a short supply of hotels near Cork Racecourse. Here are some that we recommend:
Central Cork is another terrific place to stay. It's around 19 miles away. If quality sheets and a soft bed are your idea of a perfect vacation, try the Imperial Hotel. For a more economical option, reserve a room at the Ashley Hotel.
Cork Racecourse is situated approximately 22 miles north-west of Cork Airport (ORK). This attraction is also about 2 miles to the south-west of the center of Mallow.
