The location is very central and our room had a wonderful sea view. Staff was very helpful, offering to park the car at no additional expense, and the room was comfortable enough since it was a superior room. Breakfast on the other hand was not very good, definitely not of a standard expected from a luxury 4 star hotel. Also the hotel is old and slightly noisy with a very medium level of maintenance

Great location just on the edge of old town, when I say edge 500m away, and stones throw to harbour and old fort. Our room catered for 3 and was large enough, we looked over harbour and rooftops - hotel was satisfactory- remembering it is a 17th century building. Did take me back to Greece circa 1980’s - but you know what preferred to resort option. Staff very helpful, buffet breakfast included and I can’t fault it. Only downside no coffee/tea facilities in room, but plenty options in the town. Would use again.

I stayed there for just one night. The room was huge -- family size on two levels was all they had so I can't comment about other rooms. The location is right on the edge of the old town, a few meters from the beach (in the marina -- not great) and a short walk to the new town and stores of all kinds. The room was clean and quiet with free WIFI. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the buffet breakfast had pretty much everything one could wish for. There were a couple of small snags -- not enough wall sockets so had to unplug a lamp or TV set to charge cell phone; the sink was partly blocked; and the A/C in the lounge was inadequate. All in all highly recommended, though a bit overpriced for off-season.

We spent an evening on the rooftop bar to watch the sunset over Corfu town. The views were spectacular and it was definitely worth the visit. We didn't have dinner only had drinks. We asked for coffee but the witter told us they only did coffee for people who were dining. The view is gorgeous, so we weren't fussed about the waiters not being very attentive and a little dismissive. Perhaps if we were dining , i.e. Spending more money they would have been nicer . But the view is what it's all about when you are at the roof top bar in this hotel.

We love this place - the staff look after us very well and the roof terrace for drinks and dinner is absolute heaven . It is also right by the sea so you can easily go for a dip . Mr Elias Kapodistriou runs a very good team of loyal staff . We come back year after year to play cricket and will definitely come back next year .

-Limited parking possibilities (only two spaces in front of the hotel) -Limited breakfast choices -Rooms and amenities outdated -tv did not work properly -no plugs next to the bed Etc. All in all the hotel needs a lot to be done to call it a proper four star hotel but the location is really great, it is clean and the staff is very polite and helpful

friendly staff, welcoming and bright entrance hall. Easy to locate hotel, beautiful panorama. The clean rooms, the small bathroom with a minuscule but hygienic sink. Tasty and tasty breakfast. I highly recommend .

It is near the town and has efficient and friendly staff. The roof garden bar/restaurant is very nice. The only downsides are, for me, beds that are a bit hard and an un-inspiring breakfast. Orange juice very synthetic and poor coffee.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay in this wonderfully traditional hotel. It was somewhat unusual after reserving a single room to walk through two doors only see a staircase leading to a separate gallery with a double bed on it. The room was really well equipped it even had two TV's.

Great location, adequate accommodations. Beds are not horribly uncomfortable, but aren’t the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Bathrooms are older, but sufficient. Staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. If you’re looking for upscale, this isn’t it. I’m not sure if upscale existía in old town Corfu
