Rich in traditional Corfiot features to enhance the unparalleled character of this property, this family home has been turned into an inviting holiday villa to offer to its guests an unforgettable holiday experience by the sea but without forgetting the local history. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan lounge with sofas, armchairs, Smart TV, as well as fully equipped kitchen with dining area. On the ground floor there is also a useful bathroom with bathtub + shower over and washing machine. An imposing wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where the 4 bedrooms and another large bathroom with bathtub + shower over are located. The air-conditioned bedrooms are respectively 3 doubles and 1 twin. 2 of the double bedrooms open straight to the front terraces offering breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea, Albanian mountains and Corfu Town in the distance. For the comfort of our guests, the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).Outside, the villa offers extensive patios with shaded pergolas, and equipped dining areas with barbecue perfect for enjoying a delicious grilled meal while admiring the views of the sun going down. A refreshing dip in the newly built private pool, once again offering sensational and unobstructed views to the sea and the bay of Kalami, will be a memorable experience. The pool measures 8m x 4m, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols, and is beautifully lit at night. For the convenience of the guests, the pristine Kalami Bay is just 500m below (it can be reached via a footpath among the olive groves) and private parking for 2 cars is available within the premises.Please note that the villa is accessed via a set of steps from the parking area below, therefore is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility.NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. On arrival, the guests are required to leave a security deposit of euros 300 in total as a security deposit for damages to the villa.GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.
