Villa Olive Tree by Estia is a beautiful and welcoming 160 sqm. maisonette, ideally located in Benitses Corfu with amazing sea view. It is just 500m form this famous city and any kind of facilities (sandy beach, restaurants, bars, etc.) but also offers total privacy to the guests as it is built on an area of 2 acres, away from prying eyes as there are no neighboring houses nearby. Villa Olive Tree is a 3 bedroom house, fully air-conditioned able to accommodate up to 6-7 guests.
Villa Olive Tree is set over 2 floors. On the first level, there is an airy and spacious open-plan living area, with dining table, TV, and a sofa bed with exit to a large balcony offering breathtaking sea view. On this floor, there is also a fully equipped kitchen, a useful WC and a separate room with gym equipment.
Stair leads up to the upper floor, where there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins and 2 family bathrooms with shower.
