Villa Nicolas is a beautiful, family-friendly villa situated just 650m away for the village of Kynopiastes. The villa itself has an elegant, stylish layout. Upon entering the luxurious house on the ground floor, you will find the expansive, first living room with a dining table and kitchen. These areas are well lit due to the natural light streaming in from several windows. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each of which has a double king-size bed and views of the tranquil garden below. The main bathroom is on the same floor with a bathtub and unique features such as an antique-style basin faucet. In the basement you will find the cellar/bar which houses the second living room equipped with a large, flatscreen T.V and a cosy fire place for chilly winter evenings. There is also a big dining table and a small library as well as some gym equipment at your disposal. The pool is a special feature of the garden and has a shallow end for children to be safe.

The beautiful garden of the villa is filled with flowers and shady trees with nooks and crannies that will surprise you around every corner. A paradise for children to play in, it even sports a chapel which can be used for wedding ceremonies or moments of calm contemplation. This indoor/outdoor living area of this property is ideal for both holidays and special occasions such as marriages, birthday parties and anniversaries.
