Villa Ioannis is an impressive 3 bedroom villa, set near Agios Stefanos where you’ll find lots of beautiful beaches that are only 5 minutes’ drive away, hosting great bars, restaurants and local tavernas. The villa offers gorgeous sea views that can be enjoyed best from the pool terrace. The fantastic outside space includes a large wraparound terrace, 2 outdoor dining areas, and an upstairs balcony. With large bedrooms and fabulous open plan living space, Villa Ioannis is a modern with a clean finish and lots of room to enjoy the scenic views. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Ioannis is set in a fabulous elevated location, with stunning sea views stretching to the Albanian coast. The villa is just 5 minutes' drive from the fantastic resort of Agios Stefanos, with several great bars, restaurants and traditional Greek tavernas. You are also 5 minutes’ drive from Avlaki, another wonderful setting where the beach is considered a hidden gem. The popular resort of Kassiopi is within 15 minutes’ journey by car, where you can discover the amazing choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and visit the famous castle.
