VILLA CLAIRE CORFU-OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax in a secluded oasis-like setting! This contemporary villa sits on 10 private acres within a lush green landscape with mature gardens, fruit-bearing, and olive trees. It features an expansive lawn garden, that surrounds the private pool with the whirlpool spa, and a dining area under the stunning stone-built barbecue, a poolside relaxing sitting area and other exclusive outdoor areas. GROUPS AND STAYS
The villa has two buildings: the Main Building (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6) and the Guesthouse (self-contained, sleeps 3). Suitable for groups of up to 9 people. The guesthouse is locked by default for groups of 6 or fewer unless requested (additional charge may apply).

MAIN BUILDING
The Main Building spanning three levels features a spacious and intriguingly designed interior marked by a warm, bright atmosphere with modern and elegant touches. The dominant decorative elements like wood and stone create a cosy feel for all types of gatherings. Additional features include beautiful marble-tiled flooring throughout, spacious living areas, beamed ceilings, windows, and patio doors overlooking the green hills.

LEVELS AND SPACES
The first level includes an open-plan lounge-kitchen room with modern decor, a corner fireplace, a 65" wall-mounted satellite smart TV, and WiFi. The kitchen has wooden benchtops, stainless steel equipment and an extendable breakfast table. The spacious bathroom on the same floor offers guests a large corner bath and a variety of other comforts. On the second level comes the dining area and the first double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The third level offers two bedrooms, one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedroom. Both are accessed via their stairs and offer private furnished balconies with lovely views of the surrounds

GUESTHOUSE
A comfortable self-contained air-conditioned flat studio with a double bed and access to the garden. The lounge area is equipped with a modern corner sofa, a smart 45' TV, and Wi-Fi. while the kitchen comes well-equipped with electric appliances. Also, the studio features a bathroom with a shower cabinet, vanity unit, and washing machine.
