This property is less than 5 minutes' walk from the long sandy Almyros Beach, a mini market, cafe, restaurant and bar, so you don't need to hire a car if you don't wish to. What's more the buzz of Acharavi resort is less than 5 minutes away, by car where you'll have a wide selection of eateries and shops. Back at the villa you'll have spacious outdoors, warm pleasant interiors, and a brick BBQ, all promising a great holiday. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms, pool heating and WiFi are included.

The villa is situated in Almyros which is a little over 1 mile away from the lively resort of Acharavi. There's a fantastic long sandy beach less than 5 minutes' walk away with more beaches a short drive away. The house is set in pleasant grounds surrounded by fruit trees making it an excellent choice for anyone wanting a relaxing retreat whilst having a good choice of shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Main pool: 7.4 x 4.2 mtr, 0.6 - 1.9 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.

We were very impressed with the layout and furnishing, the real plus was the outside space, swimming pool, table tennis, barbecue, sun loungers, and a short stroll to the beach
