Villa ALGEOS between sky and crystal clear sea

Villa ALGEOS, with a total surface of 350 m² + 400 m2 of terraces, is located due south in the middle of a sloping plot, planted with olive trees, offering a panoramic view of the azure sea and in the distance on the city from Corfu.

On the main level, ground floor, there is a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A master bedroom with bathroom (bath + shower) and guest WC is located on the intermediate level separated by two steps from the ground floor. Each room has a magnificent view of the sea.

On the lower floor, there are three other main bedrooms with sea views, each with a 180 cm double bed that can be separated, one with its private bathroom / shower / wc the other two share a bathroom / shower and separate wc. The lower level has access to the pool and also includes a laundry room.

Leaving the ground floor, you will find a huge terrace with a view of the sea, an 11x4 m infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, under a pergola, a barbecue and a large dining table. with sea view. At the back a staircase takes you to the roof of the villa, equipped with armchairs which gives you an incredible view of the turquoise water of the sea.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
