The villa enjoys the best of both worlds, a narrow strip of shingle beach at the bottom of the lane is available to those wanting to partake in a morning dip in the sea before breakfast or choose to stay at home and relax within the environs of your own private pool whilst admiring the azure waters below.
A further highlight of this property is its enviable location and proximity to basic amenities in the seaside fishing hamlet of Boukari, one of Corfu's best kept secrets. A handful of tavernas and two mini-markets can be found along the coastal road, just a couple of minutes drive by car, or an energetic walk for the more adventurous. Within a short car journey, guests have the option of dining at several tavernas, including two of the most well-known and respected eateries on the island.

The nearby waters are pebble based, calm, shallow and ideal for young families or for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of larger resorts. Sandy beaches as well as one of the most beautiful villages in Greece, Chlomos, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car.

The modern and smart interior is set across two levels: on the ground floor, the light and airy living space and two bedrooms, all benefitting from wall to ceiling windows, open out to the spacious pool terrace with views across the sea and towards the mainland. The first-floor bedroom is on an enclosed mezzanine level.

Valtes Green sits next door to its sister property Valtes Blue making it an ideal choice for anyone wishing to travel with extended family and friends.

The twin bedroom can also be prepared as a double, please advise at time of booking. The lane leading to/from the nearby tavernas does not have a footpath. The property driveway, while wide and paved, is also sharply inclined. Being located next door to Valtes Blue means Valtes Green could be a good choice for an extended family or a group of friends who can be near to each other whilst retaining their own individual space and privacy. Verde Azur is located below Valtes Blue and Valtes Green as a further option for larger groups seeking three villas all close by.
