From the balcony enjoy the magnificant views all day long.
The sitting room and the kitchen are in the basement of the property.
The house is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee-pot, kettle, toaster, TV and washing machine.
Between Old Perithia (Conservation Area)and the beautiful beaches of Kalamaki, Apraos and St. Spyridon is the ideal destination for family holidays.
Kalamaki is one of the cleanest beaches and has been awarded the blue flag of the European Union. It has warm shallow waters and a sandy beach, it is the delight of children of any age. All the beaches are about 5 Km from the village. Also there are pebble beaches with deep waters.
