Luxury Villa Matzourana

Villa Matzourana is a truly luxury, brand new property with private pool and 4 bedrooms, beautifully located just outside Sidari and in close proximity to some of the best sandy beaches of the island (such as Sunset Beach, Agios Stefanos, Arillas, Acharavi). Completed in 2019 and finished to the highest standard, with purposely-built furniture and attention to the details, this property is the perfect choice for groups of 8/9 guests looking for an unforgettable holiday surroubded by high class in one of the most sought after areas of the island.

Inside the villa is set over 3 floors, with the living area concentrated on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floors. During the design and building of the villa, maximum attention has been given to the quality of the furniture and cosmetic elements, to offer a superior holiday experience even to the most demanding guests. Nothing has been left to the case! On the ground floor, with direct access to the poolside patio / sunbathing terrace, there is a huge lounge with dining area comfortably equipped with sofas, armchairs, wide satellite TV with flat screen, wi-fi high-speed internet connection, dining table. The adjoining kitchen has top-of-the-range fitted appliances and is fully equipped for the preparation of meals of any kind. All the windows are provided with mosquito screens.

Outside, Villa Matzourana is surrounded by private grounds (gated for the safety of families with children, even if no roads with traffic are close to the premises). There is a beautiful private swimming pool with blue tiles and sparkling water, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The swimming pool measures 6m x 4m. The lovers of outdoor dining will enjoy using the provided barbecue and the large outdoor dining table facing the pool and the gardens. But with such a great availability of sandy beaches a short drive away (between 5 and 15 min by car) the choice will be so hard..: pool or beach?

For the convenience of our guests, our prices include everything: linen, towels (changed twice a week), cleanings, air-conditioning, electricity and water usage. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
