From the moment you arrive the welcome is warm and sincere. The rooms are bright and clean and many have amazing sea views. Dinner is very good value on the set menu but there is also a great al a carte. There is a small private beach, clean and free. If you rent a car we recommend Gardenos beach on the west coast for a peaceful Sandy choice or Glyfada if you prefer a busy music scene. This hotel is run by three lovely brothers overseen by a wonderful patrician father now retired but ever present. Their mature children also add to the efficient and friendly atmosphere. Recommend the second floor for less road sound but glazing makes this an irrelevance really. We love this hotel.
We loved this family run hotel on Corfu. Very comfortable, fabulous views from our sea view room and from the restaurant. Delicious food, and we especially recommend the nightly special menu - homestyle cooking at its best! It has a lovely private beach and it was so wonderful to wallow in the sea! What really made this hotel however were the family and staff who looked after everyone so well - very warm and kind people.
Just returning from 2 week stay at Kaiser Bridge... where to start! The family have been great, so friendly and really made our holiday special, we didn't want to leave. The food has been lovely, always fresh and the €10 3 course set menu each night was great. The hotel is really clean, has a private beach, and rooms are really comfortable with a great view of the sea. It's a 15 min walk into benitses (careful as some tricky corners on the road),or the bus stops right outside the hotel (only €1.20 to benitses and €1.70 into Corfu town which is 20 mins away, bus tickets can be bought from reception). Cocktails were lovely (thanks Alex), and Nicos is always up for shots at the bar, so be warned 😂 thanks guys for a great holiday 😘Will defo be back and would recommend...
The location is perfect, just across the road from the beach with balconys overlooking the sea and a lovely outside seating area for meals. The staff have been consistantly professional and incredibly pleasant and friendly. The cleanliness and customer service is obviously something the hotel staff take a lot of pride in. The wifi is strong, easily streamed Netflix in my room. The food is top quality and interesting. The prices are very fair. Over all, a beutiful peaceful hotel, top quality staff and the perfect environment to unwinde and relax. P.S Room 15 was the one I hoped for and got it.
Had a wonderful relaxing week away in May in this relaxing family run hotel. Kaiser Bridge Hotel is located in a preserved area which includes the remains of the old bridge and the entrance to the Achilleion Palace, which is worth a visit with its spectacular views to the bay. The Hotel has its own private beach across the road and the sea is crystal clear, always managed to get a sunbed. We ate in the restaurant every night as the food was excellent, also for 10 euros there was a varied three course meal which was cooked with local produce and typically Greek, washed down with their home made rose wine on the terrace. The buses stop right outside if you need to go to Corfu Town, very easy to get around. It is about a 20 minute walk to the nearby resort, Benitses, where there are a few tavernas and shops if you need to buy anything also there is a small beach. Personally there was no need to go far as everything at the Kaiser Bridge was catered for, amazing views, cleanliness, good food and drink and run by a lovely family. We enjoyed the chats around the bar in the evening so a Big Thanks to Nikos,Maxi,George and Alex (the exceptional cocktail man). We will return.
We booked this hotel after reading all the positive reviews on tripadvisor. Everyone said how good the hotel was, but above everything else, how friendly all the staff were. WOW.... they were not wrong..... this place is AMAZING!!!! As soon as we arrived to check in we were greeted like long lost friends! We were shown to our room that more than met our expectations and as front facing had a view you could just die for! The room was a good size and had ample storage. The bed was massive and really comfy! The bathroom had a shower that we would have preferred to be a little bigger but not really an issue. It had a reasonable size balcony.... did I say about those spectacular views!? Wifi was available in the room, as was a safe for your valuables. The hotel's facilities were superb. A lovely lounge area that had comfy sofas, tables and chairs and also 2 PC terminals that guests could use at no extra cost. The front had floor to ceiling patio doors that gave the area a spacious feel. There is also a good size bar, and a large dining area. On the front of the hotel there is a terrace where you can enjoy a drink or meal, and in the evening they dress the tables and chairs for dining al fresco. There is a lift to all floors which in itself is quite unique as it is a glass lift that runs up the side of the building! Breakfast was continental buffet style with everything you could wish for. On alternate days there was scrambled egg and small sausages that were delicious! Ample tea, coffee and juices were available. There is a snack menu throughout the day if you get peckish. Dinner was extremely good. There is a varied menu, plus, a set '3 course menu of the day' was available for just 10 euros! We ate in the restaurant most nights it was that good! Just metres away across the road was the hotels private beach. Plenty of sunbeds and shades could be found and it was really great! In reception, you could hire beach towels so no need to pack these, and if you wanted to use the bus which stops right outside, you can buy tickets. It was 1.20 euros a ticket to get you into Corfu Town which took about 20 minutes, or the other way 5 minutes or so is Benitses, a lovely coastal village with plenty of bars and restaurants and a few small supermarkets, chemists etc. We walked into Benitses but at some points there was no pavement so be careful! Visit their website or facebook page for some really good photos of the hotel. As lovely as the hotel was, it's biggest redeeming feature is the staff! It's family run and everyone goes out of their way to make sure every single guest is looked after. Fun, friendly, helpful.... I could go on and on! So would we go back? You bet we would!!! Next year is a long way off, but we have every intention to return to our new found friends at the Kaiser Bridge! Nikos, Makis, George, Anastasia, Alex and Danae, you are all wonderful! Thank you from the Foxes for making our holiday so magical!
A wonderful stay yet again at this very friendly yet professionally run hotel. As always the €10 evening meal is great value. 3 courses and during our five night stay, different each night. Plus their own home made rosè. Breakfast is a treat sitting on the terrace facing the mountains of the Greek mainland. An excellent variety to suit all tastes. Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, cheese, ham, tomato, cucumber, eggs, sausages, croissants, various breads, halva, orange juice, coffees and teas. And then an early morning swim from the beach just opposite. The three generations of the family running The Kaiser Bridge Hotel make it a joy to visit and revisit. Now looking forward to our next.
Just returned from a wonderfully relaxing break in this very friendly and comfortable hotel. In an ideal location for a short break, right on the sea, 20 minutes from the airport and buses right outside. Breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the sea and the distant mountains were just stunning and even in May we were able to eat evening meal there as well . We would recommend a sea view room to fully enjoy the morning and the evening with a glass of local wine on your own terrace. Buses to Corfu Town are frequent , buy your tickets from reception as they are cheaper than on the bus and makes live easier on your return. The main draw of this hotel is the friendly relaxed atmosphere and the staff would couldn't have been more helpful and charming. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.
We arrived late after a delayed flight but we were immediately offered something to eat and drink. We were taken to a lovely room for that night and told we would be able to have a choice of another two rooms after breakfast if we wanted. We did move to a higher floor with better views even though the previous nights room was very good. We stayed for 11 days and could not have wished for anything better. Their own beach is just across the road and has plenty of sunbeds and easy access to the warm sea. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was very good. It is family run and everyone there made you feel very welcome. The service was first class. We chose the set menu for our dinner and each evening we were more than satisfied with the variety and choice of local cuisine. The cocktails were out of this world and the quality of the wine and drinks was better than we had expected. Our favourite being their homemade Rose wine. We are definitely looking to visit again in 2017.
We stayed here 4 days for a short break in October . The hotel is really nice , clean and very easy to reach from the airport. (There is also a bus stop in front of it if you don't have a car. )We had also one lunch in the nice terrace and one dinner with typical Greek good an priceless ! But the best thing is the staff! Every one very kind and your disposal for everything ! We really recommend this hotel to everyone!
