Does what it says on the tin

Simple basic comfortable clean & good value for money. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Everything you need in a studio was provided including TV, aircon & heating, fan, parking, fridge, 2 ring cooker, kettle and sufficient utensils etc. for 2. The twin beds were comfortable and linen/towels changed regularly. There’s a patio door onto the ground level balcony overlooking the garden with fruit trees providing shade. Best of all is the location at the top of Kassiopi high street, a relatively quiet location just a 5 minute stroll to the main square and 2 supermarkets, 10 to the harbour. Kassiopi is arguably one of the better resorts which although touristy maintains a village atmosphere. The property is just slightly tired in places but for £35 a night its great! Would we stay here again? Most definitely!

Home from Home

This is our third visit to these studios and as always our stay was great. They are situated on the edge of Kassiopi village a Five minute walk to the harbour, bars and restaurants. The Greek family who look after your every need are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, you end up feeling like part of the family. We will definitely be back.

Struttura scelta per il prezzo, la tranquillità e la pulizia indicata da altre recensioni. Le note negative sono il televisore (premetto non è necessario in vacanza ma se lo metti tra i servizi che offri occorre che si accenda e che si veda, con delle istruzioni semplici, quando abbiamo chiesto sono intervenuti dopo 48h e comunque si vedeva un solo canale, il seconda battuta il condizionatore che c'era ma funzionava solo come ventilatore.
