The Villa is located on the top of a hill with a view.
It is in the central Corfu (Kontokali) and you can go to the Town and to the best beaches within 15 minutes with a car.It has comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room and a beautiful kitchen.You can relax in the outdoor pool with the garden. The outstanding view combines the green of the forest with the blue of the sea and creates a landscape will give you a unique experience.

Villa Casa T is located in a private gated area offering safety and calmness to its guests. The 650 sqm villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and a large outdoor swimming pool. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking facilities, 2 living rooms, large terraces with outdoor dining areas and a special barbecue area, it is also has an indoor Ping Pong table.

The house is located in Kontokali area in a green landscape surrounded by olive groves offering a stunning view of the Ionian Sea.The villa is 10 km from the airport and 9 km from the Historic Centre of Corfu. Supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants can be found nearby. Also ideal for groups of young people. We also recommend it for events (meetings for birthdays , anniversaries, bachelor).

On the first level (ground floor) there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (Bedroom 7 was private entrance from the balcony), a large common area with a ping-pong table.
On the second level (middle ground floor) there is a bedroom and a bathroom, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining room for 6 persons, on the same level there are two large living spaces, and a dining room for 8 persons.

There's the outdoor swimming pool (dimensions - 10m x 6m x 3. 50m,no heated ) in a lush landscape of trees and flowers, with outdoor seating, sun loungers for sunbathing, with outdoor shower and outdoor dinning table for 10 people. There is a dedicated BBQ area and a wood-fired oven.

On the third level (1st floor) there are three bedrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom and the other two have a large shared bathroom. All rooms have access to outdoor balconies with view and small sitting areas to enjoy the stunning views of the green landscape and the sea.

There are air conditioners in every bedroom except of the living room. Which it has two big fans, the one of them is placed on floor and the other one is by the ceiling.

There's free access to wifi in all areas of the house. Outside the house there are large spaces for parking.

Important note for families:
The accommodation is not suitable for children or infants. The property has many indoor and outdoor staircases, large open balconies , and a private pool with no safety fence for children. No children's equipment (such as cots, high chairs or baby-protective equipment) is provided.
For safety and comfort reasons, accommodation is recommended for adults only.

Car rental is recommended to explore our beautiful island in comfort !

Bars - supermarkets - restaurants are 5-10 minutes away by car. The villa is on top of a beautiful hill, so the road is a bit uphill on foot, but it depends on the guests. We always recommend our guest to rent cars. But if you don't want to rent cars, there is also the option of arranging a minibus with a driver for transportation (there is a lot of flexibility with a 24-hour service).
