Beautiful garden and private parking. It has 2 APTS X 4 and 2 STDS X 2. All STDS and APTS are found on the ground floor.
Each STD has 1 bedroom X 2, kitchenette, WC/SH, veranda with a wonderful sea view.

This happens because this part of the southeast coast of the island is at the narrowest point of the sea between Corfu and the opposite coast of Epirus, it is very affected by sea currents, strong winds that blow even in spring and frequent winter storms. Therefore the sea gains or loses a lot of land and therefore the sand decreases or increases depending on the weather.
