The room price was excellent and the place is very attractive. The staff member who met us at the train station was an especially nice touch. I also like the fact that it was an easy walk to Los Mogueyes restaurant where Benesa prepared home cooked meals for around 100 pesos. We ate there serveral times and found the chicken enchiladas the best. Ron Brown
Bed bugs, and 3” roaches. Staff is too busy fooling around, they don’t attend well and have a horrible attitude. I was charged breakfast twice. The ticket to go eat and the time of check-out. I was attacked, mocked and yelled at by the staff until I paid. All employees of all hotels are related or friends and have each other’s back, wasn’t able to leave either way nor catch a ride to my destination since they’re the only form of transportations. Stay in Creel and transport to the park like my friends, better service, prices, and things to do. DONT STAY HERE!
