The breakfast and hotel overall was good. But beds was very soft and you did not sleep that Well in them. At the breakfast there was not enough space/ sitdowns, so peole were waiting for a place to sit. It was stressful, if you was trying to enjoy your breakfast and coffee.

Almost everything about the stay was perfect. It was clean, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect. However, for both check-in and check-out there was only one person working on the reception desk, which meant that it only took one difficult customer ahead of us to make the waiting times very long. They could do with at least one more member of staff during peak check-in/out times.

We were on a 24 h get away, with dinner and a concert. We were a bit concerned about our room being literally right next to the paddle/tenniscourt, but when we asked for a possible change of rooms, this was denied. We were not offered any possible upgrade, not even for reasonable added cost. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good.

I liked almost everything EXCEPT for the wifi. Sometimes it worked OK, but many times it was really slow or even was unavailable for a time. It's not like I needed it for work, but it was still frustrating.

The staff were lovely and the hotel in general was good but the bed was the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on! We were in a family room with the double bed being a sofa bed. It squeaked really loudly with the slightest movement and we could feel every spring.

Buon soggiorno ma devono fare di piu.

Struttura a 3stelle, cara come tutte a Copenhagen. Da migliorare in alcuni punti tipo, in bagno, la vasca è da eliminare. Manca la ventilazione in camera e devi aprire la finestra. È Silenziosa xche ho chiesto lato opposto alla stazione ferroviaria, si trova in centro e facile per andare ovunque. La colazione è top. Personale gentile.
