Welcome to a fantastic and well-furnished 97 m2 apartment that is perfect for both vacations and business trips. The apartment is located in an architecturally exciting building and provides comfort, plenty of space and a unique private outdoor oasis.

- Huge terrace 36 m2 with lounge chairs and lounge table
- Gas grill may be freely used as long as the gas lasts
- 100 m to a beach and harbor swimming
