Zuerst die positiven Dinge. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen in einem neugebauten Hafengebiet. Von beiden Seiten sieht man Wasser. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und man kann auch fußläufig die Stadt erreichen. check in zur verabredeten Zeit mit einem Agenturmitarbeiter unproblematisch.Nun leider der weitaus größere Teil von Dingen, die gar nicht gehen.Ich habe bewusst hier bei Fewo-direkt gebucht, weil es einen entscheidenden Unterschied zu AirBnB gibt. Nämlich der, dass ich hier eine Ferienwohnung buche und keine Privatwohnung.Was wir hier jedoch vor Ort vorgefunden haben, ist eine Privatwohnung, die so aussieht, als habe sie der Eigentümer/Mieter gerade erst in Richtung Arbeit/Einkauf verlassen. Sämtliche Schränke in der Wohnung waren mit privaten Dingen gefüllt - es war noch nicht mal in den Kleiderschränken Platz für unsere Bekleidung. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich neben dem Bett (!) die Schuhsammlung des Eigentümers. Auch wenn natürlich frische Bettwäsche auf dem Bett aufgezogen war, bemerkte man den Geruch des/der Menschen, die hier sonst schlafen. Der Kühlschrank war noch halb gefüllt und roch erbärmlich. Die Waschmaschine war derart verdreckt, dass sich ein widerlicher Geruch in der ganzen Wohnung ausbreitete. Das Backblech des Ofens war massiv verdreckt.Zur Klimatisierung der Wohnung gab es keinerlei Hinweise des Vermieters. Die Fußbodenheizung lief die ganze Zeit auf Hochleistung. In der zweiten Woche kein WLAN mehr. Wir sind früher abgereist.
