The breakfast was delicious, excellent sausage cheese potato casserole. However the coffee wasn't good. Folgers is a very low rated coffee, so this was a big disappointment for my wife and I. Also, the check-in person was a bit difficult to understand, didn't make it very clear that our room was in a separate building

We were greeted by ‘Bow’ who made our arrival seamless. We travel with a Service Dog and my husband has mobility issues. She was very accommodating and made sure we had a quiet room. The night staff was equally friendly. I had very low expectations since we usually only stay at Marriott. This is the closest hotel to Dream Park and that was a huge benefit. So having a clean, pleasant place to rest was definitely a benefit.

This was the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel, 3 years apart and it was just as nice as the 1st time. Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, the only negative ( and it's just a personal thing) was no clock radio in the room. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit cooperstown!
