booked two rooms side by side, rang twice to confirm not just the booking but that the rooms were side by side. even did this 4 days prior to arrival and back when first booked 5 months early. our rooms were at opposite ends of the complex. they denied me ringing to ask for side by side rooms and one staff said we had more workers than normal. i said did the worker book 5 months ago. another lady sorted it out for us, i was grateful she did

The room was clean and tidy, everything I needed was available. I was particularly impressed with a shaving cream dispenser in the bathroom, absolutely great, the first I've seen other than on a few 5 star business trips. You will be my preference for Cooma in the future, simple creatures with simple needs. :-)

This review only rates the room (#39). I was welcomed with an overwhelming odour of mould and mildew. The carpet has some level of dampness. Bed was comfortable and the heater was turn on for our comfort. Would have loved a toaster to make toast on the morning.

Older rooms but comfy beds, clean rooms and a sufficient heater for the minus 5 degrees temps that night! Bit noisy as we had the room next to the highway and only space for one person to sit and eat at a time but otherwise a comfy stay.
