I appreciate that. I and my family enjoyed staying here. Great facilities, ample amenities, being tidy, quiet, and more than any other things, very convenient and relax beds are your strong points. But of coursr your staff at reception weren't as great as positive points. Not good enough.

The low rating is primarily due to rude staff behaviour. When we arrived at the motel, it was not very clear where to park the car and another car was also behind us, so we thought to park the car for a minute in a vacant spot in front of a room to go to reception and ask about it. In the meantime,a man came out and started shouting at us to park in front of reception. He could have just told us the same thing politely, there was no need for being so rude . Later when I went to the reception that person was at the reception desk and talked rudely again.

Nebula ticks all the box's. We have stayed at other motels in Cooma, but found Nebula Motel the best for a good comfortable nights sleep, along with friendly staff and undercover parking.

Small but very clean and comfortable.

Room was not quite the same as picture - there should be a sofa (the room description also said there was a sofa) but the room was too small for it anyway. Bathroom was small but well designed and not a problem. Neither us nor the manager could get the TV to work (live to air channels) as it looks like the option had been deleted. Not a big problem, we watched youtube instead.
