A fabulous, spacious, one-bedroom apartment with patio and garden offering beautiful views from Deganwy over the water to Conwy Castle. Walking distance from the local shops, restaurants, and train station. With easy access to Snowdonia, the North Coast, Anglesey and more. Riverside Retreat is a wonderfully bright airy space with a lovely double bedroom with ensuite shower facilities, there is also a second bathroom with shower. The large open-plan lounge diner has picture windows opening to the patio and views of Conwy Castle. There is plenty of space to relax, enjoy a meal, or catch up with the latest box set on the smart TV. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare a celebration feast or romantic meal for two.The apartment also has a dedicated work space if you need to catch up on things during your stay. Wifi speed is typically 30 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload.Facilities include: oven, hob, microwave, kettle, tassimo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Ensuite shower room with WC plus additional shower room with WC. Enclosed garden and outdoor seating area with lovely views. Unfortunately we didn't meet the host but we were very impressed by the amount of thought that he/she has put in to make it a very welcome apartment for summer visitors. Just about every possible requirement has been catered for, and with very good quality furnishings, facilities & fittings. Thank you. Could do with a coat rack in the hall, but that's a minor niggle. It is a very spacious apartment, lovely for summer holidays but not so easy to heat in winter.
