Gerald the owner was a great host, he greeted us off the boat an escorted us to his BnB. The place is perfect in everyway, short walk from ferry drop off but don't worry Gerald will be there waiting for you!. The bar and restaurant is sooo cozy and relaxing. The chef is amazing, we ate every meal there!. The room was immaculately clean, and I have traveled the world over again, and stayed at incredible luxury hotels, but this is a little gem. Did I mention they have parrots, beautiful hummingbirds that feed right next to you in the restaurant, to the owners wife feeds and pets Bella the wild deer each evening and they recently have a new member of the family a 4 month old beautiful huge Mastiff puppy named Gordo who will grow to 185 lbs as an adult. We were greeted by the owner Gerald at the beach when our ferry arrived. He whisked us up to his B&B and showed us to our room. The room was clean and very comfortable with AC and TV! The property is great. There is a rooftop lounge with a view as well as a dipping pool. Gerald and his staff are extremely friendly. Gerald has been on the island for 28 years and can answer any question. There is an open air palapa that is the reception, bar, and restaurant. At night tourist mingle with the locals. Geralds food is excellent. We would recommend this B&B to anyone who wants to escape the mainland and relax on Contador Island. We look forward to returning on our next visit! We were picked up from ferry terminal which weren't expecting check in quick and easy short walk to beaches and store unfortunately the roof top terrace was getting a remodel so I didn't get to us it and there was a lil bit of noise because of it but it wasn't bad restaurant at the hotel was good
