With a great and quiet rural location, the centre of Conil is 12 minutes´ drive away, while the beaches and coves of Roche and around 10 minutes away.

From this location you can walk to beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)

There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.

Haus in ländlicher Umgebung , nicht ganz einfach zu finden

Die Agentur schreibt es werden mehre Sprachen gesprochen, was aber mit den Kontaktpersonen nicht der Fall war. Zuerst wurden wir an die Gastgeberin Maria verwiesen die uns an Juan verwies. Wir setzten uns dann mit Juan per Whatsapp in Verbindung er antwortet uns in Spanisch und verwies an Luisa, die auch nur Spanisch spricht. War alles sehr nervig, man sollte darauf hinweisen, dass Grundkenntnisse in Spanisch erforderlich sind, den mit Englisch kommt man nicht weit. Luisa wiederum war sehr herzlich bei der Ankunft. Das Haus selbst ist nicht einfach zu finden , der Weg zum Haus ist mit einem grossen Schiebetor geschlossen und das Grundstück mit dem Haus ist auch mit einem Schiebetor verschlossen. Das drumherum ist nicht einladend. Das Ferienhaus ist so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es fehlt einwenig an Pflanzen, ansonsten ist es gut ausgerüstet. Leider habe ich in der ersten Nacht, wegen Nackenschmerzen kein Auge zugemacht, die Kopfkissen bzw. durchgängige Rolle ist eine Katastrophe. Direkt am nächsten Tag ein Kissen gekauft.

Alles wie beschrieben-sehr sauber

Schönes Haus für bis zu 4 Personen, Mini Pool. Geschirr dürfte ein bisschen mehr sein. Super sauber und gepflegt. Auto unabdinglich, 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, gut 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand.
