Lovely appartment at a great location

We stayed in this lovely appartment in late March/early April 2015. The appartment is really great. It is equipped with everything you need and all the small details are really thought-through. The balcony actually is even nicer than in the picture, with lots of space and splendid views. Very helpful owner!

Die Wohnung war einfach aber liebevoll eigerichtet, es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urblaub benötigt. Wichtig in Conil die Tiefgarage. Auf dem großen Balkon ein freier Blick zum Strand. Die Nähe zum Meer macht das Baden unkompliziert. Mit Badesachen und Handtuch einfach über die Straße. Wir waren das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Die Anlage ist sauber und der Blick von der Dachterrasse Atemberaubend.

La descripción es tal cual la realidad, 100% fiel. El apartamento es espacioso y muy bien equipado, tiene de todo. Muy bien ubicado, en primera línea de playa y muy cerca del centro del pueblo, pero a su vez muy tranquilo, sin ruidos por la noche. La comunicación con el propietario ha sido perfecta. En general ha sido una estancia de 10. Sin duda repetiremos.

Conil in diesem Apartment ist wie nach Hause kommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Apartment in Conil. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet mit zwei Zimmern, einer Küche und einem Duschbad. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die große Terrasse, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht.Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft – in der ersten Reihe am Strand. Wir konnten die herrlichen Sonnenaufgänge und -untergänge direkt vom Apartment aus genießen. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr, sehr gut ausgestattet. Neue Waschmaschine, neue Spülmaschine, bequeme Betten und in der Küche alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Man wacht morgens mit Meeresrauschen auf und schläft abends mit Meeresrauschen ein. Das war unser erster Urlaub in Conil, aber bestimmt nicht der letzte.

Gerne wieder, haben uns gut erholt.

Super Lage, nur 50 m zum Strand, welcher auch super ist. Der große Balkon lädt auch zum Sonnen ein. Ansonsten ist alles da, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeepadmaschine, Wasserkocher, etc. Im Innenhof besteht die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen. Durch den ständigen Seewind wird eine Klimaanlage auch nicht vermisst. An den Fenstern von den Schlafzimmern und der Küche sind Fliegengitter vorhanden. Die mitgemietete Garage ist auch für Kampaktklasseautos trotz etwas enger Zufahrt gut zu erreichen. Einzigen Punktabzug gibt es für den Zugang der Wohnung. Durch die Hanglage muss man 2 Etagen nach unten und einen Fahrstuhl gibt es nicht. In etwa 10 Minuten ist die Fußgängerzone mit Bars, Restaurants und Caffees erreichbar. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt in ca. 800 m erreichbar, mit dem Auto hat man eine größere Auswahl.

We stayed for a week in this beautiful apartment at the end of May. It is perfectly situated, only a few minutes to the beach and to the town centre. It is equipped with anything you would desire and very cosy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

-Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Meerblick-

Wir waren im Oktober 2018 für 8 Tage in der sehr sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt und auch die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort mit Juani. Der Vermieter und Juani haben sich auch sofort um uns gekümmert, als wir den Wohnungsschlüssel verloren hatten. Ganz besonders hat uns die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht auf das Meer gefallen. Conil de la Frontera ist ein sehr schöner Ort mit kleinen Geschäften und guten Restaurants. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

Fantastic perfect beautiful homly apartment

Wow what a fantastic beautiful clean perfect homly apartment with amazing views and so close to beach . The apartment its self was very equipped with everything you need , even them little things like kitchen roll , toilet paper washing up liquid etc was there & on arrival the owners had left us fresh fruit and a couple of beers 😀 You are allocated your own space in underground car park and there's plenty of supermarkets close by . The village is beautiful lovely little streets to walk through and plenty of bars cafes etc and the beach is perfect lovely golden soft sand and beach bars . The owners were great with communications from the start also they don't speak English but it wasn't a problem and the balcony was fab big and just perfect to watch the waves and the world go by . Myself and my husband had a cracking stay here and would definitely recommend this for a relaxing holiday and we hope to be going back next year

Comfortable appartement with magnificent view !

We all had a splendid week in this appartement. It was even better than we hoped for! The appartement was very clean, well equipped and it had cozy details. The view on the vast sandy beach and the ocean was absolutely magnificent! And all that beauty could be reached by just crossing the ( lokal) street. Our children (18 and 15) loved to swim and have fun at the beach- as we did as well. And when we explored the lively cities of Cadiz and Sevilla, it was wonderful to come back at night and sit until midnight on the terras, listening to the sound of the waves.... The booking etc went also smoothly. We can recommend this location in every way and we surely hope to come back there in the future! Top!

Estuve éstas pasadas Navidades con mi familia, apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, lo mejor disfrutar de su terraza enfrente del mar y su situación en primera línea de playa. Muy buen trato con el arrendador, lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.
