They denied my reservation. They were over full. Did not help me find another place yo stay. I want a refund. That is theft!
Clean rooms but small. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't very bright making it hard to see when you showered. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Very quiet. Bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were not. The chair in the room had some stains but not unpleasant. Parking was very limited. Overall it was well worth the money.
Cigarette smell filled the atmosphere and was not pleasing. Even in the non-smoking room you smelled cigarettes. It wasn't pleasing at all.
This hotel is dirty. The hall carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in weeks. The room was poorly lit. The bathroom door was locked and I had to find someone to unlock it, but there was no staff at the front desk. You always had to page the person to come to the desk. Check-in was weird. I had prepaid, but they still wanted me to sign a credit card slip. The soda machine was empty of all choices. It was an overall disaster staying in this flea-bag hotel.
After a long day, we were set for a good nights sleep. Check in was fast and staff very friendly. Bed was good but the air conditioning was noisy. towels could have been a better quality and more of. Super starter breakfast was non-existing -- the waffle maker was out of order and was the only hot item available. Slim pickings on the rolls and muffins too. and we were early.
Bed broke down. Hot hallways and breakfast room, probably why the fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning. We had to evacuate our rooms.
Only negative was the road construction at the entrance but that was not the motels fault. Otherwise great stay!
At a rate of $45 per night I was not expecting much with this hotel but was pleasantly surprised. I spent the week in town for work and was accompanied by my dog. Other reviews said the hotel was under renovations, which did seem to be the case but did not serve as any problem. Our room appeared to be newly remodeled and was cleaned well each day. My only complaint was that the people below me smoked in their nonsmoking room and the smell drifted up into my room each morning. Other than that the room was a very good value for the rate I paid for a week.
Pretty average for a super 8. Not a bad hotel.
We enjoyed the down home service in a profesional manner. the staff was friendly and helpful, we had a little issue in our room that was fixed promply on our return. the rooms were clean and respectable. I would return again.
