This place is right in the middle of all of the action, with a ton of night life and day time activities to keep you entertained throughout your entire stay. Amazing host, convenient/safe parking, and gorgeous apartment.

This was an excellent base for our 4 days in Como. Hosts were excellent and very communicative. I highly recommend this unit as it fits all the scenarios for your visit. Can't wait to return.

This place was amazing! I brought my mother to Como for her 70th birthday present from Canada and Vanessa Apartment was perfect. Angelo was so communicative and thorough, checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, always just a call or text away! The location is perfect, steps away from everything, about 5 min walk from the ferry, steps away from a square full of restaurants and about 10 mins to each train station. Its almost tooo close to the gelato shop which is right downstairs haha. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, the washing machine was so nice to have after two weeks of travelling. There are two smaller fridges so you can stock up on snacks and things for breakfast if you want to save some money or have something different for meals. The patio was perfect to sit on for morning coffee and listen to the birds. I have been to Como three times now, and I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Angelo :)

Perfect 1 bedroom, close to everything!

Beautiful, spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Como- just steps from the main square with plenty of restaurants, shops and beautiful architecture- and a 2 minute walk to the Lake, which was stunning. The apartment was spotless, recently renovated and comfortable, with a convenient washing machine to wash our clothes. Francesca was really friendly, prompt and easy to communicate with, and even allowed us a later checkout because our train wasn’t leaving until the afternoon. Will only stay here next time we visit Como!

Beautiful apartment. Exceptionally clean and modern with all the facilities you could require. Excellent central location. Some noise at night but this is to be expected due to the central location. Vanessa and Francesca were extremely helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Como.

Freshly renovated, this property is spacious, light, modern and comfortable. Location is perfect, being adjacent to the main piazza everything is super close by. Internet ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Bed comfort ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Amenities ✔️✔️✔️ ✔️Your hosts ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Bathroom ✔️✔️✔️✔️ Don’t waste time looking at other places. This apartment is value for money. Vanessa and Francesca were wonderful hosts and we were grateful on the rainy days for the space of this apartment rather than being cooped up in a hotel room.

Die Wohnung ist toll und vollständig ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zu einer kleinen Straße, daher bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut (auch von den Fußgängern). Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist das aber überhaupt kein Problem! Die Heizung funktioniert toll, Für den Sommer ist ein Stand-Klimagerät vorhanden. Es war wirklich alles perfekt, bis auf die etwas zu weiche und zerlegene Matratze im Schlafzimmer.
