The dome of the majestic Como Cathedral will be the wonderful view of your vacation from the terrace of BONANOMI TERRACE!
This lovely studio apartment is set in a newly renovated building in the heart of the city's historic center: you will only have to step out of the building's front door to find yourself among the alleys, restaurants, stores, and boutiques. The open-space living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, where you can read a book while looking at the glimpse of the city, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.); next to it, there is the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals like at home. Have lunch and dinner at the table inside, or outside at the table on the large terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the Duomo and watch the city from above. A bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.
Please note: the apartment is located on the 5th floor of a historic building with no elevator!

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has no parking available. Guests can easily reach the apartment by using the city's public transportation, or by paying parking outside the walled city. Among the closest are the parking lots in and around Viale Varese, the Valduce Autosilo, and the Centro Lago Autosilo.

What's nearby: 
From BONANOMI TERRACE you are in the very heart of Como's historic center and can stroll through its cobbled streets, stores, bars and restaurants, churches and pretty squares. In 5 minutes you can reach: the famous Piazza Duomo, with its marvelous cathedral (of which you have a splendid glimpse from the apartment) and its Broletto, both worth a visit; Piazza San Fedele, a pretty little square with the Romanesque-style basilica of the same name; Via Vittorio Emanuele, among the most renowned shopping streets; Piazza Volta, very lively for aperitifs and after-dinner al fresco all year round; and Porta Torre, one of the historic entrances to the walled city.
It is also a 5-minute walk to Piazza Cavour, the largest square in Como, in front of which it is possible to take the Navigazione Lago di Como boat and reach the most famous places on the lake (Cernobbio, Blevio, Torno, Laglio, Argegno, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna).
On foot, or by renting city bikes, you can reach Villa Olmo and its park by taking the picturesque walk from the Hangar, and Villa Geno by riding along the lakefront Viale Geno. At the beginning of Viale Geno is also the Funicular railway station to reach Brunate and its lighthouse, where you can stop for lunch at one of the many restaurants, or continue with a scenic trek to the Lario mountains, with a break at one of the mountain huts you will encounter along the way.

How to arrive: 
By car, from the A9 motorway take the Como Nord exit and set your GPS: in 5/10 minutes you will reach the parking lots closest to the apartments, from which you can walk to the apartment in a few minutes.
By train, get off at Como S. Giovanni station, or Como Lago station, and in just 10 minutes walk you will reach the apartment.
