Beautiful house, as part of a private Villa quiet and familiar, recently renovated on the principles of low energy consumption, with a modern accommodation equipped with every comfort. In a panoramic and sunny area, by nature, with garden and private parking space. Equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.

Guests will have at their disposal an accommodation of about 90 square metres, inside the Villa, composed of a double room with a private and complete en suite bathroom, with a large emotional shower, a triple room, another bathroom/laundry room, with a large shower with overhead shower, a kitchen area equipped with everything, a dining area and a living area for relaxation, a private entrance in order to feel free and a space outside where you can eat and enjoy pleasant moments of rest shaded by the majestic red beech trees.
When you wake up, the birds singing will make your stay even more special!

Access to the villa is possible directly by car. At the gate with video surveillance, the host Monia will welcome you and give you all the necessary information for parking and to disable the alarm system in order to access the accommodation.

(Additional Como-Stay Tax is requested: 2 euro per adult per day, only for the first 4 night, to be payed directly ti owner).

Mixed age group 27 to 77.

It was much as I had expected, very clean, good views over the valley and excellent communication with Monia, the owner. We succeeded in stealing a key and a mirror and leaving a pair of glasses behind, all of which are finding their way back. Monia is even paying my parking fine for me as I have no idea how to do it and want to remain law abiding!! A great holiday!! PS. Take her advice re going to the Canottieri rowing club for meals. Great again.

Wonderful Stay!

You will be spoiled in this beautiful place. Monia has thought of everything you may need and is a wonderful hostess. The views are gorgeous and you'll want to spend much time outdoors on her spacious veranda. I felt like I was living like an Italian. Loved it very much!

Lovely, very gracious host—a short 8 minute drive to the lake. Place was immaculate and fully furnished with everything one could want. It can be a bit loud with the street so close, but otherwise quite lovely!

A Fantastic Experience

We stayed for a week during Christmas, and we had a fantastic experience. The property was very spacious, well decorated, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the region. We particularly enjoyed the view of the surrounding hills as the sun was rising. The amenities provided were top-notch. The owner was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Como. The town and the region have a lot to offer beside the beautiful lake. We particularly enjoyed visiting the wine region of Valtellina and exploring the city of Milan which is only 45 min away. A great place for winter vacation.”

What an incredible villa, host and overs experience!! The hosts family actually picked us up at the train station when our train schedule changed and we’re unable to get our rental car. Monia contacted us several times before arrival and gave us the grand tour when we arrived The villa was spotless new and beautiful The entire experience was the best of a three week vacation Thank you!!

Monia was one the kindest guest i have ever seen, since we arrived late night she offered us a ride from metro station to the property and back. The house was wonderful, we took many ideas from the decoration. It was very clean and the atmosphere made us feel like home. The area near property was very beautiful and calm. Over all transportation in Como is not good, bus station was near the house but if you miss it you have to wait for 30 minutes for the next one, there’s no bus after 9:30 and taxi services wasn’t what we expected so If you’re traveling with a vehicle I strongly recommend this property.

Excellent Property!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our visit to Lake Como. The Villa was was comfortable and well appointed with all the amenities one would need for a stay away from home. The outside patio was well maintained and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Monia was an exceptional host! She was quick to reply to our messages, offered to make dinner reservations before our arrival to Como and upon arrival she picked us up from the train station. We used the bus daily to travel to and from Como, the bus stop was convenient, only 20 meters away. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como, it's a "Hidden Gem" and Monia is an exceptional host!

Como beauty

We have traveled for 10 weeks and this place is the best we have encountered. Super clean beautiful home and Monia has thought of everything that we needed. While Como itself was crowded and less appealing, coming back home here was great. You need a car, but there is parking here. We cooked 5 meals here and drove to Lugano and Veranna and Lecco and Nesso and the Lido. Patio and trees and grass outside. The host family is so nice. Monia made professional quality information booklets which include local sites and home info. Nothing lacking. Just like being at home. Would stay again for sure.

We had a lovely stay. Monia was a conscientious and caring host who has clearly put a lot of time and effort into making a perfect holiday home. The house was a 5 minute drive from downtown Como and a perfect place from which to explore the beautiful lake and villages. Our two year old enjoyed her time there and there was a toddler bed already set up with sheets. We mostly cooked meals there and enjoyed sitting outside. It was nice and spacious and a perfect spot. We’re so glad we spent the time there instead of at a hotel. Great spot for a family. We highly recommend it!

Luxury stay in an beautiful setting

Amazing property that is incredibly well furnished and appointed. Beautiful garden, furnishings and layout. Everything you need is there. Easy location to get to Como city center or surrounding area. You can walk down but it’s a little tricky due to the narrow road; host provided bus tickets or with your car it’s super easy. Nice walking path just a few meters down for a lovely 1-2 hour walk up the hill. Luxurious, quiet, pretty and safe, we would come again without question. Host is kind and flexible.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung am Rand von Como, aber Vorsicht mit Sportwagen

Das Haus, in der sich diese wunderschöne Wohnung befindet, liegt ein Stück bergauf, Como Innenstadt ist aber zu Fuß in ca. 30min erreichbar, die nächste Bahnstation in gut 20min. Von dort fährt halbstündlich ein Zug nach Mailand (Dauer 1h). Die Eigentümerin wohnt selber auch in dem Anwesen und kümmert sich fantastisch! Für das erste Frühstück (oder abendlicher Snack) ist alles im Kühlschrank , Man kann auch bei schlechtem Wetter Tischtennis spielen (in der Garage), und Monia ist immer per WhatsApp erreichbar um Tips zu geben für Aktivitäten. Der Kamin im Wohnzimmer ist offen und brennt fantastisch, Feuerholz und Anzünder gab es reichlich. Leider konnten wir wegen schlechten Wetters den Außenbereich kaum nutzen, aber er ist wunderschön. Das einzige Problem ist die steile Auffahrt zum Haus, hier dürfte man mit tiefergelegten Autos (Sportwagen) Probleme haben, und das Parken ist an der Straße nicht möglich und in Como generell sehr schwierig.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten. 150m vom Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle mit dem Bus ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
