The first room was so foul I changed. 7 things wrong. Non functioning heater, door would not lock properly, phone did not work, bed sheets filthy, room had horrible smell. Shower clogged, sink clogged Changed rooms. Front desk was rude, threw room key my direction, purposefully asked if I had luggage (yes) so he put me on the 2nd floor no elevator. 2nd room equally disgusting. Dirty smelly linings, door wouldn’t lock, curtains would not close, microwave filthy with old food. Asked for refund and was refused.

We specifically expressed being NON-SMOKERS, we were given a smokers room. That was rank in stale cigarettes, overflowing ashtrays. They did not let us change rooms. We slept with windows open, it was chilly. The bedspreads had what looked like wet stains It on on them.

Place is a dump. Mold on ceiling, cigarette burns on the tub, curtains broken, and the most important aspect of a crappy hotel the safety door lock thingy was broken off the door.

The lobby was unwelcoming and uncomfortably hot. My room was also very warm — the A/C was not working properly and kept shutting off. The floor felt sticky. Additionally, the bedding was unacceptable we found ants. The sheets had holes, and I found both pubic and regular hairs on the bed. The fitted sheet and mattress protector had visible dirt and grass, the pillowcases appeared to have been reused from a previous guest without being changed. Also the bedding other than the comforter was inside out. The room had a strange chemically bug spray smell We ended up leaving and not staying the night
