The soap dispenser wasn’t in the shower. Just had a spot for it. Some of the room walls needed to be wiped clean. They had a few stains.

Check in service was rude. I selected this property based on photos and some reviews, but I will not stay here again. The building is old and dirty. The breakfast was disgusting and I’m pretty sure the waffle mix was expired.
This was the breakfast waffle batter.
Gross extremely dirty fridge in breakfast area. I almost called the health department.

Reservation was made and paid for days ahead of time, but upon arrival I was required to pay a $100.00 deposit…. Reason was because I made the reservation and paid in full at the time of the reservation, rather than paying when I arrived to the property…. So I paid more for a deposit than I did for the room itself…. Then of course the $100.00 deposit gets held for 4-7 days before it is placed back in my account…. Lady at check in basically told me that i could have booked somewhere else and paid more…. I told her i had no problem with the price of the room but the $100.00 deposit was total crap, that I didn’t even pay that much for the room!!!!! She stated well if you’re not worried about the price then why complain….. Once again I advised that the room price was fine but the $100.00 deposit made no sense…. Then immediately asked to get someone else to help me…. I literally almost walked out but I had already paid for the room…. Basically told them that if they didn’t want people to book through 3rd party sites, then don’t!!! But at least make it clear that if you pay at the time of reservation you will be required to pay the $100.00 deposit…. I would have never booked the room and gladly went elsewhere!!!!
