When I arrived at 1230 am the hotel was over booked. Even though I booked through Orbitz. Then the room I was stuck in a room and the toilet didn't work. In addition to the hotel being over booked I was stuck in a room which a didn't pay for. I originally paid for a suite and I just got a double bed room. The guy who was working the front desk even made me go up to check the rooms to see if they were ready.

Wonderful stay, the staff at the hotel went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were helpful with places to eat and setting me up with a shuttle to the Gamecock football game. The room was comfy and I really appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room.

Inn and facilities more than adequate. Hard to find, however. Needs better sinage.

Poor value for the price paid. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathtub looked like it had been attacked with sandpaper.

Don't count on breakfast - a few bagels and bread. Room is in need of update. Also had to ask for shampoo.

exactly what i needed, a quiet room. close to everything, but at the same time far from all the traffic and noise.

The hotel staff is very friendly and I enjoy my stay everytime I visit SC.

Relatively clean room, quiet environment, friendly staff. My only complaint was the continental breakfast didn't have very many options.

Room is smaller than seems Stains on window sill pad in every room I saw Won't bring towels up to you

great location when attending SC football game; rooms clean & friendly check in staff

Book reservation via online. Showed up to the hotel and the staff had another guess sign for my reservation. After spending about 5 mins figuring out who signed for my room and questioning me if I had already signed in, they give me a room. Got to the room to find my bed spread looked as it had peanut buttersmeard on it. I called the front desk and Neal Patel switched me rooms. The new room was bigger but decent cleanliness. Very dusty. Tv remote didnt work. The bed skirt was stained and the pillows were dreadful. The sheets even had either cigarette burns or moth hole in them. Im an US NCO relocating to Ft Jackson and despite to close proximity to the post, I would not recommend the hotel. One the plus side the staff did the best they could. For a newer 2 star hotel I did expect more.

We stayed here for my sons graduation from Ft. Jackson. It was close to the base, clean and the staff was friendly. Also, close to Walmart and restaurants. Great experience.

My friend and I booked this hotel after reading pretty decent reviews on it. Granted, my friend and I did not realize how small the rooms would be (I guess we ignored the "micro" in the hotel name). So, be aware that the rooms are VERY small. There was barely room for the queen bed in our room. The hotel has different nasty odors throughout our stay. At one point it was body odor, then cigarette smoke, then just general must. The atmosphere in the rooms left us feeling sticky after sleeping, which may have been due to poor air circulation. The hotel manager was also extremely intrusive. I was visiting to find an apartment to move into, and he repeatedly pried about where I was going to be living, why I wanted to live by myself, and made insulting comments about how I "must live on Daddy's money." Despite my repeated efforts to silence him on the matter, he continued to ask and say uncomfortable things. The side doors on the hotel also were NEVER locked, although the guy at the front desk said they just need to be pulled to all the way (which did not help). They also wanted to try to charge us $15 to check in an hour early (which I have never encountered). This certainly didn't make sense since my friend and I were literally the only guests at the hotel when we checked in. All I can say is I can see why.

This place had the perfect location to attend Basic graduation. It was very nice, but the best part was how the staff made you feel like they really cared about your time spent with them and it was like a home instead of a hotel because of that!

I got the one bedroom suite and I was very pleased. The room was spacious and the bar was a plus. The staff was very friendly. The location was very good for me. It was slightly off the main street but walking distance to the waffle house and shopping center. I plan to stay there again very soon and I highly recommend it.

This was perfect spot to stay during sons graduation from Ft. Jackson. It was very clean, the staff, especially RAJ was very helpful, freindly and great attitude. It's set back a little from the main street, so it's quiet.

I stay here about once a month and wouldn't stay anywhere else near Ft. Jackson. It's comfy, convenient and new. The staff know me by name, and make everything as comfortable as possible.

First off the motel is located on a back road but at the same time close to shopping centers. The rooms themselves were pretty small but had a fridge/microwave and an iron w/ ironing board and the bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel both inside and out. I would definitely stay there again.

they had me in a room with a handicapped bathroom and im not handicapped there was water all over the floor and i was very careful not to get water on the floor and i still slipped!!!!! no face wash clothes until the second night i guess they figured i needed one when the medium sized wash towel was used.......
