For the price, I expected a more clean and updated property. Our first room had towel bars pulled off the walls with exposed holes in the bathroom, along with broken shower head attachment . Previous customer had also stuck a Kleenex in one of the vents that was still there. The staff did accommodate us changing rooms. The second room was much better, but had a used bath towel still in bathroom. Shows lack of attention and thoroughness of cleaning. Overall the carpet, doors, trim were all in poor condition throughout building. The location was the best thing about it, but overpriced for lack of quality.

Supposed to be two double beds in a suite. The picture did no justice for a suite and ended up with a king bed and very expensive for the small room. Also tv didn’t work batteries were rusted. Also breakfast didn’t have much choice

I like that the hotel suite is near restaurants and shops. Convenient drive to our planned destinations. I love that staff acknolwedged my room requests since I had brought our dog with us.

Checkin and checkout was great and fast. However our room was not. There was pet hair all over the floor and in the foldout sofa. We requested a full set of new sheets to fix the issue ourselves. I guess the hotel allows pets but they didn’t clean up our room’s prior occupants very well.

the comfort you feel when you settle down just melts all the stress away and removes your real life from the situation entirely. its such a well maintained hotel in such a safe and guarded area. fun, simple, and memorable!
The hotel was very clean and staff were all friendly and helpful. Good variety at their continental breakfast. Large suite with plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Only complaint was the room smelled like an old smoke room.
King Suite was perfect! Amenities spot on. Complimentary meals were excellent. The location was perfect for us and very quiet, as well.

I stay at a hotel for work a few times a month. I've only stayed here twice, and had problems each time. The lat time my bed had no sheets! I didn't realize it until I was ready to go to sleep and climbed into the otherwise made bed. Probably won't be staying there again. Also, the breakfast was really sub-par compared to less expensive places I've stayed.

I did not need a full suite when I checked into this property, but I chose it for their pet policy (they accept them) and location (just down the street from the home I was moving from) which happens to be right of I-25 and across the street from the area's best shopping. That said, it was a perfectly suitable room and accommodations, though I'd prefer not to pay a $50 deposit for my pets.
I needed a pet friendly hotel and this was the closest to my desired location, but I didn't need a full suite and/or the in-room kitchen. If you're traveling as a single or double and don't need a suite and kitchen amenities, are a little flexible on the location, I'd recommend looking for another chain that doesn't tack on an additional $50 for your pets. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay at this property, nothing to complain about, and the location is about as good as it gets in this part of Colorado Springs.
