Quiet Location

Selected this home for a long weekend getaway/graduation. Enjoyed being in the mountain but still close to town. Took time to visit other small towns in the area. Very clean and quiet. Plenty of beds/rooms for a party of 7. Even had the pleasure of a few deer dining in the front yard early in the morning where we enjoyed the view from the deck. Location had a hot tub but we just didn’t have time to enjoy that amenity. Would definitely recommend!

50th birthday trip

House was nice, floors filthy for no shoes allowed Policy. Socks werer dirty within seconds. Kitchen well appointed. Plenty of towlrs. Some amenities not usable and quite hours at 8 prevented use of hot tub all but 1 day. Over all 3/5

Great place to relax in the mountains

Had a wonderful time at the treehouse. Hot tub was the perfect place to relax to after a day of hiking. Cabin had all of the conveniences you could think of, esp plenty of towels which is such a bonus! Only downside is that it was not quite as secluded as I had envisioned, but it was never really a problem for us.

Winter Wonderland

Great location for private cozy time with a few days of beautiful snow! Good winter road plowing in the area. It was close to stores, restaurants and trails. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the fresh winter air! We had a delightful time of relaxation and attending a conference at Charis School.

Nice place

Great location for us. Had issue finding place during road construction. Called phone number after 9 hour drive for alternate route and was told to map quest it. Main upstairs shower floor filthy. Cameras all over, afraid to use hot tub due to all the rules threatening fines. Main view is of an electrical substation. We kept busy and didn't spend a lot of time at the house. Aspen around neighborhood were beautiful.

Nice house. Relaxing hot tub. Could use a deep clean though. Very dusty, floors, headboard in guest bedroom, beams in ceiling. Sheets that stayed on the master bed would also be nice (i also noticed this comment from a previous guest and they were not lying). Overall enjoyed the stay.

Great place - weird checkout

the location and amenities were lovely - we had a great time. The expectation that all laundry would be completed prior to 10am checkout in a 10 person group was strange and unique to this booking. Typically loading and starting the washing machine and doing the same with the dishwasher is to be expected - but here we were required to sweep, wash the dishes and put them away, and to complete all laundry prior to checkout. Probably should not be charged a cleaning fee in this case. Apart from that, excellent stay and would recommend.

Great Treehouse Getaway!

Our family stay at the Treehouse was a great start to our Rocky Mountain vacation. The house was cozy and fully stocked with all kitchen amenities. The hot tub was perfect for the evening after long hikes!

Nice home in a good location.

Our family of eight (three generations ranging in age from 2 to 65) enjoyed our week long vacation. The home had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is on a large forested lot.

Woodland Park Home

I was in Woodland Park with family for four nights to drop my son off at the US Air Force Academy and mix in some relaxation and sightseeing. The rental had plenty of room for our group of five to spread out and was in a very beautiful spot. We enjoyed the hot tub, wildlife, and cool, mosquito-free evenings! When we arrived we were surprised to learn there is no air conditioning (maybe I missed this in my research!). It turned out to be a non-issue, as there were plenty of fans provided and though it was in the 90’s during the day it cooled down to the 50’s each night. It is just something to be aware of if you’re considering this rental.

Great location and home had everything you needed

My family, including two small children, stayed here for four days. The home is very open and the kitchen had everything we needed. We cooked meals often and the kitchen and the dining area allowed for us to enjoy quality time while doing so. The toys were an added bonus for our children along with the bunk beds. The couch was slightly uncomfortable and the floor needed better cleaning but other than that the home was very clean and beautiful. The house is near many restaurants in Woodland Park and it’s near to many attractions we enjoyed during our stay. I enjoyed the location. Not too close to a busy area but also not out in the middle of nowhere. We saw deer in the backyard, a fox and the neighbors informed us there was a bear with three cubs that walked the area frequently. Unfortunately we were not able to see the bears. Holly responded within a timely manner and had helpful answers to any of our questions. Overall we would stay here again and bring a bigger group back with us!

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Woodland park. The home is perfect, good location, home layout is very open, yet cozy and comfortable. There are mule deer and wild turkeys that visit in the morning. Gorgeous view of Pike Peaks when driving into Colorado Springs. The home has the best geographical location to all the Colorado Spring’s attractions. We highly recommend this home. Perfect spot for our group of seven adults...

The well-appointed home felt like country living despite it being in a hillside neighborhood. The back windows looked up a wooded hillside where we saw 2 deer cross within yards of the window. A large second floor deck with seating and eating areas overlooked the valley. Our great room included Sectional seating, a huge TV, a dining table and chairs, and a beautiful kitchen. Everything was spotless. The furnishings were nicely done. We didn't make use of the numerous games and puzzles nor the numerous extra kitchen accessories, but they were available. We did use the nice Hot Tub and the extra the box fans. Try this home. You won't be disappointed. We want to come back next summer. Thanks. AW
