Always the best experience. When I stay here. Staying here is Nice.

Everytime that I stay here. I have one of the best experiences here. Always enjoy staying here.

The experience I always have here is always great. I always like to stay here when I can.

Always a great experience every time I have been going. One of the best places to stay.

Both 5th floor rooms next to mine were left open all night, unattended, not made up, as if presenting an inviting hangout for all-night who knows what. And that seemed to be exactly what happened. The noise and chaos Friday and Sat. nights outside my room were the worst I've ever experienced. I was afraid to see or know what was going on. Ear plugs were not enough. Sat. evening I went to the front desk, reported the state of the adjacent rooms, anticipating what would happen, the attendant said there was no other manager on site, and that he would look into it/take care of it. Did not happen. I've been staying at this location once a year for 5 or 6 years, but no more. Not a place for families. There was no evidence housekeeping ever entered my room for the duration of my 3 night stay.

We had to wait for our room to be cleaned, I finally get our room key but when we made it to the room it was still dirty with trash everywhere and dirty laundry

I tend to look for cleanliness to minimize chance of disease since I am recovering from cancer. The room table tops were sticky, chair was worn where the back support had no spring to it, cigarette hole burns in the white bed sheets. Any time I touched the tables by accident, I would go promptly to wash the area of my body where I touched. I could tell the room has seen its days. The shower drain left water in tub for long time, TV remote was missing and when turning on the A/C, the air coming from the unit continued to smell musty. The next morning when checking out I mentioned the missing TV remote and clogged shower drain to the staff. They not once apologized but was real nice in providing directions for me. I plan to go to Colorado Springs a lot the next few years; however, I will avoid staying at this hotel unless they plan to do a restoration project.

We had to request for towels a number of times, and still didn't get it. Got a call from the office at 2:30 for nothing. We reserved for a couple of days, but had to leave!

I was not expecting a franchise Hotel such as Howard Johnson to be so run down and dirty. The doors to elevator and in the room were do dirty, I didn't even want to touch handles. Bathtub had mold and were very stained. Carpet was old and dirty. Even the American flag was torn and tattered. This place needs a remodel! Howard Johnson needs to live up to a better reputation. I couldn't get out of there fast enough the next morning!

The stay at the Howard Johnson was good. It is a very nice place to stay.

Bad smell , old analog TV , stained and worn bathroom

Very dirty nasty sheets mold in bathroom very gross

Like always my experience at this hotel. Is always great. One of my number one hotels to stay at.

absolutely disappointing/would not recommend or stay there again employees standing out front smoking was the first bad sign

My experience here is always good. One of my number one places to stay here. It is a great place.

Was very good. Always great when I stay there One of my favorites.

The maids robbed our room of our electronics, then the front desk made up lies to cover their own rear end. Terrible liars

It is a very nice hotel to stay in. I would stay there again. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Had a very good experience there.

Awful room. Sink leaked so bad, the entire floor got soaked. The bathtub was frightening. The bed was so cheap to begin with, being in terrible shape made it worse. I didn't want to take my clothes off the place was so gross.

From the moment I walked in the curtains were dirty and smelled of smoke. I don't know when they were last washed. The furniture was also old and dirty. I went to Wal-Mart to buy Lysol and spray the room. Thereafter I left and decided not to stay in this horrible environment.
